About The Role We're hiring an AI-First Full Stack Engineer to join our core technology team and build next-generation fintech products using cutting-edge AI-assisted development methodologies. What You Will Do AI-Enhanced Full Stack Development: Utilize AI programming tools including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms for comprehensive full-stack development. Required: At least 50% of daily code output must be generated through AI tools. Leverage AI assistance across the entire technology stack from frontend React/Vue to backend Python/Node.js development. Intelligent Product Feature Development: Build our AI-driven financial management interfaces and backend services, including intelligent invoice recognition, automated AR/AP processing, real-time financial analytics dashboards, and other core functionalities. Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping and feature iteration. AI Tool Integration & Optimization: Deeply integrate AI programming assistants into development workflows and establish efficient AI-assisted development processes. Share AI programming best practices and help the team enhance overall development efficiency and code quality. Architecture Design & API Development: Use AI tools to assist in designing scalable microservices architecture and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL interfaces. Leverage AI for code review, performance optimization, and security vulnerability detection. Database & Cloud Services Integration: Design and optimize database architecture with AI assistance, integrate AWS/Azure cloud services, and build financial-grade systems supporting high concurrency. Utilize AI tools for SQL optimization and data pipeline development. Agile Development & Continuous Delivery: Achieve rapid iterative development with AI tool support, participate in product requirement analysis, and translate business logic into efficient technical implementations. Leverage AI for automated test case generation and code documentation. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree or above from top-tier universities (985/211), preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields 3+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in frontend (React/Vue/Angular) and backend (Python/Node.js/Java) technology stacks Expert-level AI programming tool user: Proficient with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other AI programming assistants with extensive AI-assisted development experience Ability to demonstrate 50%+ of daily development code generated through AI tools and capability to optimize AI-generated code Familiar with modern development toolchains: Git, Docker, CI/CD, and experience integrating AI tools into development workflows Understanding of AI programming best practices including prompt engineering, code generation optimization, AI-assisted debugging, and related skills Experience with fintech, payment systems, or enterprise SaaS product development preferred Strong learning ability, sensitivity to AI technology trends, excellent problem-solving skills, and team collaboration spirit Good English reading proficiency to utilize English AI tools and technical documentation
