Description & Requirements

Seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack, Generative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end engineering, as well as experience in generative AI technologies. As a Senior Full-Stack Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI applications and integrating them into our existing systems. This role requires a good understanding of on all aspects of the application stack, from user interfaces to server-side logic, AI/ML frameworks, Cloud, and modern automation tools, combined with a desire for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Develop and Implement (generative) AI products and applications

• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with model architecture design
• Knowledge of computer vision and image processing techniques
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
• Expertise in front end technologies like React or Flutter, responsive design principles,
• Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Python including expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and integration
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to development teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex issues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in generative AI engineering
• Strong background in automation technologies
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
