Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Up to £70,000 - £90,000 + Equity

London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

The emphasis on this role is blending solid full stack capabilities with the chance to work directly on cutting-edge AI engineering. You’ll own features from the database to the UI, getting your ideas implemented on a product that is gaining massive traction.

It's an early-stage venture raising their seed round with an impressive leadership team. If you are a strong full-stack engineer looking to transition deeper into AI, this role offers the perfect platform to build production-grade LLM applications, work with RAG pipelines, and develop agentic workflows alongside the founders.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Core Stack: Strong production experience with Node.js, Python, Next.js, and React
• Databases: MongoDB and exposure to or interest in Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• AI & LLMs: Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or building initial prototypes
• Concepts: A solid understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or tool usage/function calling
• Any experience with document processing, OCR technologies, or data parsing
