About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with experience in MEAN/MERN stack development to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience, strong data structures and algorithms (DSA) knowledge, and proficient programming skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN stack. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (Angular). Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (B.Tech in CSE/IT) or MCA. Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in MEAN/MERN stack development. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills. Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and agile development methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Freshers with relevant projects/portfolio will also be considered. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Knowledge of server-side frameworks such as Express.js (for Node.js) or Flask/Django (for Python). Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). Competitive Coding / Algorithmic Problem Solving: Demonstrated proficiency in competitive coding platforms (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank, TopCoder, Codeforces) or a strong, demonstrable foundation in algorithms and data structures, showcasing exceptional problem-solving abilities.
