We?re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to build robust, scalable, and visually engaging digital assets ? from campaign microsites to marketing automation tools. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications , landing pages, and interactive digital tools. Collaborate closely with the creative, design, and performance marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life. Build APIs, integrations , and dashboards to support marketing analytics and automation workflows. Optimize front-end performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences. Manage both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server, database) development tasks. Maintain code integrity, security, and quality across projects. Work with project managers to meet timelines and deliver high-quality outputs. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when required. Technical Skills Required ?Front-End: Web GL/ Three.JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Next.js / Angular Back-End: Node.js / Express / PHP / Python (Django) (any one or more) Database: MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSql Version Control: Git / GitHub CMS Experience: WordPress or similar platforms Other Tools: REST APIs, AWS / Firebase basics, and basic knowledge of SEO-friendly coding practices Preferred Experience Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative tech environment . Familiarity with marketing campaign platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM integrations). Understanding of tracking pixels, analytics, and tag management tools . Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams (design, content, and marketing). Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork. Adaptability in a fast-paced, creative environment. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Education Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer located in Delhi, India. The role involves the development, implementation, and optimization of both front-end and back-end web applications. The Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable software solutions, write clean and efficient code, and ensure seamless user experiences. Day-to-day tasks will include debugging, updating software, and integrating third-party platforms to meet business needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development, including mastery of CSS and other web design tools Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development Experience in general Software Development principles, with an ability to deliver end-to-end solutions Ability to work collaboratively in a team and solve complex technical problems Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools is a plus
