About The Job We are a VC-backed, cloud-native B2B platform transforming how hotels connect with global demand. Founded by serial travel-tech entrepreneurs , our platform processes over 1 billion+ search requests and 200 million+ inbound messages while powering real-time hotel inventory distribution worldwide. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you?ll play a critical role in building and scaling modern, high-performance systems that handle global traffic at massive scale. You?ll work across React.js frontends and Java (Spring Boot) microservices, collaborating closely with product, design, and architecture teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend systems. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain end-to-end features spanning React.js frontends and Java (Spring Boot) microservices. Create responsive, performant, and accessible UIs powered by REST and GraphQL APIs. Design and scale low-latency microservices for real-time workflows. Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or AWS SQS. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to translate ideas into elegant, scalable code. Optimize performance through caching (Redis), asynchronous processing, and database tuning (MySQL, MongoDB, ScyllaDB). Maintain CI/CD pipelines (Docker, GitHub Actions) and integrate observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Sentry. Use AI-assisted tools like Claude, Cursor, and LangChain to enhance productivity and maintain code quality. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. What We?re Looking For 6?10 years of full stack development experience. Deep knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and modern frontend practices. Strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and microservices architecture. Experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda), event-driven systems (SQS, Kafka, Kinesis), and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry). Proficiency in databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or ScyllaDB. Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Passion for clean code, testability, and scalability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment. Bonus Points For Experience with React Native or mobile-first development. Familiarity with LangChain, Claude, or other AI coding assistants. Experience in high-scale B2B SaaS or travel-tech platforms. Exposure to CI/CD, container orchestration, and Agile/TDD practices.
