Role Overview We?re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, and Node.js (MERN-stack familiarity a bonus) who loves solving real-world problems. You?ll build scalable microservices, APIs, and communication layers that directly impact how patients and hospitals connect every day. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js . Work on MongoDB data models and optimize queries for performance and scalability. Build and consume REST APIs and microservices for our communication modules. Integrate and optimize WebRTC , VoIP, and telecom APIs within our product ecosystem. Integrate and deploy end-to-end features. Work closely with the product and operations teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables. Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and DevOps improvements. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with strong testing discipline. Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer . Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB . Familiarity with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus. Understanding of REST APIs , JSON , authentication , and web security concepts . Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD environments. Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred. Familiarity with WebRTC , telecom APIs , or VoIP models is a strong plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Wind Shark is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.
