Job Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI + Social Media Tech) SocialPost.ai | Full-Time | Remote or India-Based Preferred About Us SocialPost.ai helps small businesses grow faster through AI-generated content and automated posting across every major social platform. Our platform is the first AI engine purpose-built for social media growth, using in-house LLMs, RAG architecture, and deep integrations into Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more. We are scaling fast and looking for highly skilled full-stack engineers excited to build the future of AI-driven marketing. ?? What You?ll Work On You?ll be part of the engineering team responsible for: AI-generated content workflows and agents that post on behalf of users Custom LLM & RAG development built specifically for social media Platform-wide feature development (backend + frontend) API + microservices architecture for social media scheduling & content pipelines Social media integrations (LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest?) UI/UX enhancements for dashboard, calendar, and content studio Real-time analytics, growth automations, and marketing ecosystem integrations Performance, speed, and security optimization across the platform ?? Core Technical Requirements Backend Strong Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask or similar) ORM experience (SQLAlchemy or similar) REST API design & architecture Cloud-based microservices & authorization systems Frontend Typescript + Angular expertise Strong HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals (plus bonus for PHP) Component-based architecture and build pipelines AI + Cloud Experience with Azure Cloud Experience with OpenAI APIs, custom LLMs, and prompt engineering Bonus: Experience building or integrating RAG systems Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployments Product + Growth Tools Git + GitHub workflows Experience integrating tools like Stripe, Mixpanel, HubSpot, GitHub Copilot ?? Soft Skills Thrives in a startup environment with rapid experimentation Works collaboratively with product, design, and leadership Adapts quickly to new frameworks, tools, and AI tech Writes clean, maintainable, well-documented code ??
