Role: Full Stack Developer (SDE I) ? Its full-stack platform blends hardware, financing, and software to remove friction from rooftop-solar adoption. You join a product-led culture that values rapid experimentation, customer empathy, and measurable environmental impact. Position Overview You build and enhance web applications that power the client?s solar-operations platform. You own features end-to-end in the MERN stack, learning directly from seasoned engineers while influencing product direction in a fast-moving startup environment. Role & Responsibilities You contribute to high-quality web applications using the MERN stack. You write reusable, efficient, and maintainable code for rapid product cycles. You collaborate with a team that ships fast, learns fast, and iterates quickly. You troubleshoot and debug applications to overcome technical challenges. You stay current with emerging technologies and propose ideas that improve performance and scalability. Must have Criteria 0?2 years of hands-on experience (including internships, academic projects, or freelance work) in full-stack web development. Proficiency in JavaScript plus working knowledge of React.js and Node.js. Familiarity with backend concepts and document databases such as MongoDB. Understanding of software-engineering fundamentals, REST APIs, and version control with Git. Ability to learn quickly and adapt within a collaborative team environment. Nice to Have Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile development practices.
