Full Stack Engineer

Samosa Interactive is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our core team.

We are a young, fast-growing startup building practical digital products for real business problems across operations, engagement, and interactive experiences. This is not a role where you will only maintain small tasks or sit on the sidelines. You will be part of building products that are used by real clients, real teams, and real businesses. We are looking for someone early in their career, but serious about growing fast.

You’ll be part of building real products that solve real operational problems for businesses.

This includes web dashboards, backend systems, admin panels, APIs, reporting flows, mobile-connected workflows, and internal tools that help companies move away from scattered WhatsApp messages, Excel sheets, and manual tracking.

You won’t just be given isolated development tasks. You’ll work closely with the founding team to understand the problem, build the feature, test it, improve it, and take it live.

This is a role for someone who wants to grow beyond just writing code and actually understand how products are built inside a fast-moving startup.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 0 to 2 years of experience in full-stack development
• Is comfortable working with frontend and backend
• Has basic experience with React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Has basic experience with Node.js / Express or similar backend frameworks
• Understands databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Can write clean, understandable code
• Can learn fast and take ownership
• Is comfortable working in a startup environment
• Can communicate clearly and ask questions when needed
• Is genuinely interested in building products, not just completing tasks

You do not need to know everything from day one. But you should have the hunger to learn, improve, and take responsibility.

• Experience building dashboards, admin panels, or SaaS products
• Basic understanding of APIs, authentication, file uploads, and database design
• Experience with deployment platforms like Vercel, Render, Railway, AWS, or similar
• Familiarity with GitHub and basic development workflows
• Ability to work with AI tools to speed up development, debug issues, and improve productivity

This is a high-ownership role.

You will not be hidden inside a large team with very narrow tasks. You will get to see how products are built from scratch, how client requirements are converted into features, how startup decisions are made, and how technology directly creates business value.

There will be learning. There will be pressure. There will be fast changes. But there will also be a lot of room to grow.
