Job Description

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer – Remote (India) | Earn Up to $5,000/Month

Location: India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

AI Training & Evaluation

• Create and answer technical questions about software engineering concepts, coding best practices, and debugging strategies.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, and C++.
• Analyse code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry-standard practices.

Technical Feedback

• Provide expert-level insights on version control workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative coding practices.
• Conduct reviews of AI-generated code outputs, identifying bugs, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Offer detailed technical feedback to ensure AI-generated solutions meet real-world software engineering requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field from a top 200 global academic institution.
• Proficiency in at least two or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, or C++.
• Professional experience in building and maintaining production-grade software repositories.
• Strong knowledge of Git (or similar version control systems), including branching, merging, and collaborative development workflows.
• Hands-on experience in code reviews, debugging complex issues, and analyzing large codebases.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to communicate coding best practices clearly.
