Title: ?Full-Stack Developer ? Laravel 12 + React Location: ?Hyderabad - Remote/Hybrid Experience: ?3?5+ years About the Role You?ll build complete ERP modules end-to-end: Laravel APIs, React frontend screens, database models, workflows, dashboards, and integrations. This role is perfect for someone who can independently ship features while following architectural standards. Key Responsibilities Backend (Laravel 12) Build REST APIs for CRM, ATS, Timesheets, Contracts, Billing, and other ERP modules. Create controllers, service classes, repositories, events, listeners, and queue jobs. Implement jobs and schedulers using? Laravel Horizon . Work on migrations, seeders, Eloquent models, and relational schemas. Optimize queries and implement caching. Integrate AWS SES and other backend services. Frontend (React.js) Build responsive UI screens: dashboards, tables, list views, calendars, forms. Work with reusable components and maintain a UI design system. Handle API integration with loading/error states. Implement state management (Redux/Zustand). Convert Figma/UX designs into production-ready screens. Full-Stack Ownership Ship modules independently from backend ? frontend ? testing. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and deployments. Write clean, maintainable, testable code following architectural guidelines. Required Skills Backend Strong experience with? Laravel 10+ / 12 . Knowledge of services, repositories, events, queues, policies, Sanctum/Passport. Strong database skills (MySQL indexing, joins, migrations). Experience with background jobs and schedulers. Frontend Strong experience with? React.js ?(hooks, components, state management). Experience with REST API integration. Ability to create dashboards, tables, forms, and reusable UI components. Understanding of performance optimization (memo, lazy loading). General / Full-Stack Skills Git and GitHub workflows. Basic AWS experience (EC2, S3, SES). Understanding of logging, debugging, and production issue handling. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills Experience with TailwindCSS or similar UI frameworks. Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD. Experience with SaaS or ERP platforms. Familiarity with CloudWatch, Cron, or Horizon dashboards.
