Role - Fullstack Developer Experience - 3- 6 yrs Location - Bangalore About the Role Scaler AI Labs is seeking skilled Software Engineers who will be building systems to train the next generation of LLMs. The role involves developing robust, high-performance systems that power next-generation models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python (backend) and React.js (frontend) . Responsibilities Design, develop, and high-performance web applications using Python for Backend and React.js for frontend. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust features end-to-end. Solid understanding of component lifecycle, hooks and state management. Expertise in CSS, Tailwind, responsive design, UI interactions and animations. Experience with performance optimization: lazy loading, caching strategies, asset optimization. Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation). Familiarity with SEO best practices for web applications. Strong debugging skills using browser DevTools and performance monitoring tools. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright). Understanding of APIs and client-server communication (REST, GraphQL). Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Hands-on experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Understanding of database optimization, indexing strategies and query performance. Requirements 3–7 years of fullstack development experience. Strong programming experience in Python. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
