About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team as an Intern for the first 3 months, with a clear path to a full-time role based on performance. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, build real-world applications, and grow into a professional software engineer.

Internship Details (First 3 Months)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Objective: Hands-on training with live projects, mentorship, and performance evaluation

Full-Time Role Details (Post Internship)

Designation: Full Stack Developer

CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 LPA

Confirmation: Based on internship performance and skill assessment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies

Build responsive and user-friendly UI components

Design, develop, and consume REST APIs

Work with databases for efficient data storage and retrieval

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers

Debug, test, and optimise application performance

Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Required Skills

Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with frontend frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue

Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, Express, Django, or Flask

Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)

Familiarity with Git / GitHub

Understanding of RESTful APIs

Good to Have

Experience with TypeScript

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Firebase, etc.)

Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, and security basics

Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
