Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and NodeJS Own features and projects throughout the entire development lifecycle Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-friendly interfaces Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Mentor junior developers and assist in their growth and development Contribute to architectural discussions and design decisions Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and optimization

3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions Strong proficiency in React and NodeJS frameworks Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Experience with version control systems, preferably Git Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Understanding of database technologies, such as MongoDB or SQL

Demonstrated expertise in full stack development with React and NodeJS Some leadership experience in guiding junior team members Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack or Babel Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker
