Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (1?3 Years Experience) Location: On-site - QpiAI Bengaluru Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native applications, APIs, and modern web interfaces. You?ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using GoLang , Python (FastAPI) , and Node.js . Build and optimize modern Next.js frontends integrated with backend APIs. Design, implement, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes . Deploy, monitor, and scale applications across AWS and GCP cloud platforms. Configure and manage NGINX reverse proxies , HTTPS protocols, and CDNs for secure, optimized delivery. Work with MongoDB , PostgreSQL , and GraphQL to design efficient, scalable database architectures. Implement Terraform basics and Serverless APIs for cloud resource management and automation. Set up monitoring, logging, and alerts with CloudWatch , AutoScaling , and related tools. Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and deployment automation. Contribute to architecture discussions and technical documentation. Required Skills Programming Languages: GoLang, Python (FastAPI), Node.js Frontend: Next.js (React-based), HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript Backend & APIs: REST API, GraphQL Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (basic), NGINX, CDN Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP (Serverless, CloudWatch, AutoScaling, Lambda, etc.) Security: HTTPS, SSL/TLS, Authentication, and Authorization best practices Strong understanding of scalable architecture , microservices , and CI/CD pipelines Good to Have Knowledge or interest in Quantum Computing and related technologies. Experience in building SaaS or QCaaS (Quantum Computing as a Service) platforms. Prior work on open-source projects or numerous GitHub repositories demonstrating end-to-end application deployments. Experience with API Gateway , CloudFront , and load balancing techniques . Ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks quickly. Personal Attributes Self-driven and detail-oriented.
