Role: Full Stack Engineer Location: Gurugram (On-site) Type: Full-time Role Purpose We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our in-house Product and Technology team, responsible for building and scaling Positive Moves? proprietary AI-powered platform. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic product development ? enabling automation, intelligence, and efficiency across the firm?s global executive search operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient across the software stack, with a strong foundation in Python, modern front-end frameworks, and an interest in AI integration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of Positive Moves? in-house AI platform. Collaborate with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to define, test, and deliver new product features. Build and optimize backend systems and APIs using Python and modern frameworks. Develop responsive and scalable front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular. Integrate AI and data-driven capabilities ? including exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, APIs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face). Ensure high-performance architecture, code quality, and maintainability through testing and documentation. Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in full-stack software development, with strong Python programming skills. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular. Understanding of AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) is desirable. Familiarity with cloud deployment, API integration, and modern DevOps workflows. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Experience working in fast-paced or startup-style environments is a plus.
