Primary Responsibilities We need end to end full stack developer that can work with the team members, interact with onshore architect, technical leads and business analyst and work with requirements Participate in solutioning and development of existing and new features Solid knowledge on Java, MySql, Angular 18 (Front end), Spring Boot, Azure Cloud and Kubernetes Drive technical quality and delivery for a scrum team Good hands-on on API Development leveraging Open API standards Understanding of functional area and feature Good understanding of who are end users, who is customer, understanding of end-user pain points Works on complex user stories Proactive for looking at span of ownership and adjacent areas with a start-up mind set, demonstrates thought leadership and looks for value creation opportunities like process optimization, improvement in user experience, reduction in engineering costs, reduction in infra costs, reduction in cycle times, reduction in tech debt etc. Advises and supports Engineering Manager and Sr IC for creating case for new found opportunities, and works for funding from business Reviews and challenges requirements, wire-frames, features etc from point of view of business, user or customer, and suggests meaningful changes resulting into better functional design Partners with Engineers, PdM Leads & Mentors Engineers Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications B.E/B.TECH/MCA 5+ years experience on full stack Java and Angular based development Good hands-on experience on Spring boot applications with high configurability Should have Solid object oriented programming skills Experience on Cloud computing technologies Solid analytical skills and experience on proof of concept development Good on design and application architecture principles and should have good handle on GoF design patterns Preferred Qualification UI Development skills (Angular/React/HTML/CSS/Bootstrap etc.) Good Team player, change/innovation agents and self-starter on different techs Ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
