Full Stack Engineer

About Our Organisation: OneDAO is a decentralized fundraising and shareholder management platform designed to empower founders in Australia and New Zealand by providing seamless access to international capital markets. It functions as both a fundraising and governance solution, enabling businesses to manage shareholder activities, conduct compliant investor onboarding, and facilitate transparent voting—all within a secure environment.

About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot and solid experience in modern frontend frameworks.

Other attributes:

• Must have at least 10 years' experience in Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Azure
• An understanding of both monolithic and microservices architecture
• Must have managed a remote team
• Ideally must have fintech experience - especially in fundraising, wallet infrastructure, double entry book-keeping
