Candidate Attributes: Familiar with end-to-end Customer/IT support processes Adaptable to changing priorities and environments Collaborative and low-ego team player Results-driven with a sharp focus on business impact Clear and professional communicator across all levels Respectful, adaptable, and professional demeanor Committed to delivering quality service and seamless user experiences Passionate about continuous learning and exploring new technologies Key Responsibilities: Lead and own product architecture; collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams Design and develop secure, high-performance enterprise-grade systems Present and communicate product and technology strategies to internal & external stakeholders Build reliable, maintainable, and high-performance code with robust monitoring and alerting Conduct design and code reviews to ensure alignment with best engineering practices Continuously enhance system scalability, reliability, and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on commitments Debug and troubleshoot production issues using logs and diagnostic tools Break down large projects into actionable tasks and contribute to accurate estimations Provide Level 3 (L3) support for existing systems and resolve complex technical challenges Refactor existing code to improve maintainability and performance Implement new features and enhance existing system functionalities Maintain updated technical documentation for systems and processes Conduct contextual research on tools and products to improve system performance Required Expertise: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent 5?8 years of professional experience in Full Stack development Minimum 3+ years of experience working hands-on with Python Frontend experience with ReactJS Strong backend expertise in architecture, data modeling, and integration Programming experience with Python (mandatory), plus one or more of PHP, Hack, JavaScript, Java, or C# Database expertise in SQL/NoSQL, ORM frameworks, and schema design Experience working with Microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL (3+ years) Proficiency in asynchronous/parallel service development Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure) Skilled in log monitoring and debugging distributed systems Fluent in English with strong professional communication skills
