ndustry: Software Development

We are seeking experienced full-stack software engineers with 2+ years' work experience to build robust, scalable, low-latency software solutions.

The most suitable candidate is one that has demonstrated excellence in full stack software engineering, code review, and unit tests.

The Role

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Software Engineer at Mocha Technologies offices in Vadodra, Gujarat or Virar, Maharashtra, or Bhuj, Kutch.
• You will be involved in developing, maintaining, and enhancing fintech software applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.
• As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will also be responsible for conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the applications.

Major Functions

• Work closely with other developers and product managers to build robust, scalable, low-latency software solutions for Fin Tech industry
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Work across Frontend, Backend, and Database systems in this Full-Stack position
• Test software to ensure accuracy, performance, and usability
• Work with CI/CD tooling to improve and automate deployments
• Review code, write unit tests, and follow software engineering best practices.
• Develop yourself as an engineer and leader through continuous growth and sharing expertise with others.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full stack development experience
• Experience with one of the following languages is an advantage: PHP, Python, Javascript
• Experience with React JS, Laravel PHP a plus
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (non-Computer Science/Engineering degrees will be considered with appropriate industry experience)
• GPA >8 is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results.
• Financial industry knowledge would be a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with the team
• Ambitious / Aims to grow into leadership roles.
