We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is deeply product-oriented, takes release ownership seriously, and brings a rigorous, test-first mindset to every feature they ship. This role requires someone who understands the full delivery lifecycle, from building features to defining test cases, running deployments, and validating production readiness, and who uses AI agents and automation tools to do it at a high standard of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate thinks like a product owner, treating quality, timelines, and the end-user experience as personal responsibilities. They commit to release deadlines and raise risks early, define thorough and accurate test cases before every deployment, validate the full stack in staging before any release, and actively use AI agents and automation frameworks to produce qualitative test coverage and improve testing efficiency at scale.

Aedeon is a technically demanding product with real enterprise customers and tight release timelines. We are not looking for someone who will build features and hand them off. We are looking for someone who ships features they would be proud to demo, loses sleep over a broken deployment and does something about it before anyone asks, writes test cases before the code rather than after the deadline, uses every tool available, including AI, to do their job better and faster, and treats the release date as a promise to the team and the customer.

What will you do

Product Development

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across the Aedeon frontend (React+Next.js) with a focus on reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product management, designers, and backend / DevOps engineers to deliver features from requirement to deployed, tested release.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with a product-first perspective.

Release Ownership

• Own the full delivery of assigned features from development through deployment and post-release validation.
• Commit to and meet sprint and release deadlines. Proactively communicate blockers and risks with enough lead time to mitigate them.
• Coordinate with DevOps and QA to ensure the deployment pipeline is ready and the release process is clean and repeatable.

Testing and Quality

• Practice test-driven development. Write tests before the implementation, not after the deadline. The test defines what "done" means before the code is shipped.
• Write detailed, accurate test cases for every feature before deployment, covering functional flows, edge cases, regression scenarios, and integration touchpoints.
• Use AI-assisted tools to generate high-quality test cases at scale and validate them for coverage completeness.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (E2E, integration, unit) using appropriate testing frameworks. Integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Conduct thorough deployment validations in staging environments before any production release. No feature ships without sign-off.

Collaboration and Documentation

• Write clear, maintainable code with adequate documentation. Review pull requests thoroughly and provide constructive feedback.
• Document APIs, deployment procedures, test plans, and architectural decisions in Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Share knowledge and testing best practices with the team. Promote a culture of quality and release discipline.

What you need for this opportunity

Frontend

• Strong proficiency in React.js: component architecture, state management, hooks, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in the Next.js framework.
• Experience building real-time interfaces using WebSocket APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack).
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 flows (GitHub OAuth, AWS Cognito) in the frontend.
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Cloud and Infrastructure

• Working knowledge of AWS services: S3, DynamoDB, SES, Cognito, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch.
• Comfort navigating multi-account AWS environments (dev / uat / prod) and understanding of VPC networking basics.

Testing and Automation

• Test-driven development as a discipline. Tests written before the code, not after.
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated test suites: E2E (Playwright or Cypress), integration tests, and unit tests.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, LLM-based test generators) to accelerate and improve test case quality.
• Ability to write structured, accurate test cases from product requirements: functional, edge case, regression, and integration coverage.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You'll be preferred if you have

• Knowledge of Amazon OpenSearch Service or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or other message queue systems.
• Prior work on B2B SaaS products with a structured release process.
