Location : Bangalore (In-Office, 5 Days) Experience: 2?6 years Type: Full-time Perks: Competitive Salary, Health Insurance, ESOP About The Role We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale our cutting-edge financial platform, with a core focus on Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) workflows. You?ll be responsible for the entire tech stack, from secure frontend user interfaces to robust backend logic that calculates loan eligibility, handles real-time portfolio data, and integrates with financial institution APIs. You will work closely with our Product, Compliance, and AI/ML teams to bring intelligence and automation into complex, highly regulated lending and collateral management processes. What You?ll Do Build Core LAMF Logic: Design, implement, and maintain the backend services that handle collateral valuation, dynamic LTV (Loan-to-Value) calculations, and interest accrual for the LAMF product. Integrate Financial APIs: Develop robust APIs and microservices (using Node.js) to securely integrate with various Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) systems, KYC providers, and core banking platforms. Process Financial Data: Architect efficient and secure data pipelines to ingest, validate, and serve real-time mutual fund portfolio data and investor history. Deliver Secure UIs: Build fast, responsive, and secure web applications using React.js/Next.js/Nest.js, ensuring a clean UX for loan initiation, disbursement, and repayment monitoring. Collaborate on Intelligence: Work with AI/ML engineers to integrate features like predictive risk scoring or automated collateral monitoring into the platform's workflow. Ensure Compliance & Security: Maintain high code quality and adhere to stringent security protocols and regulatory requirements specific to lending and financial data in India. Maintain Architecture: Own the integrity and scalability of the overall tech stack, following modern development best practices. Our Stack (Preferred But Not Mandatory) Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Django/FastAPI, Go Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Infra: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform Other: GraphQL, WebSockets, Kafka/RabbitMQ What You?ll Bring 2?6 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in FinTech, lending, or a high-compliance domain. FinTech Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated exposure to building systems involving lending logic, payment gateways, KYC, or wealth management products is a major asset. Strong problem-solving chops and a builder?s mindset, with an ability to simplify complex financial rules into clean code. Experience with distributed, scalable, and security-first systems. Exposure to AI/ML products or complex data pipelines is a big plus. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment (startup experience highly valued).
