Bengaluru, India Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview As a Full Stack Developer at Klugsys, you will contribute directly to the development of our core features from frontend interfaces to backend APIs, data integrations, and AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with our Product, AI/ML, and Cloud Engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient components across the AI ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership end-to-end, and enjoys solving complex technical problems. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain? frontend ?features for the web dashboard and agent app (React/Flutter web components). Build and enhance? backend microservices ?powering real-time chat, AI agents, listings, market insights, property intelligence, and user workflows. Implement RESTful & event-driven APIs for data ingestion, market insights, search, and agent interactions. Integrate with? LLM-based services , AI pipelines, and external APIs (OpenAI, Bedrock, LiveKit, etc.). Work with AWS services such as? Lambda, EC2/ECS, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, Kinesis, API Gateway, Athena ?for backend workflows. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert product designs into functional, responsive user experiences. Optimize performance across frontend and backend systems to support large-scale multi-tenant usage. Ensure code quality through testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in collaboration with the team. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Klugsys standards. Required Skills & Experience Technical Requirements (Must Have): 3?5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in? Node.js / Python (FastAPI/Flask) ?for backend development. Solid hands-on experience with? React.js ?or? Next.js . Good understanding of? frontend frameworks , design systems, and responsive UI. Experience working with? NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB) ?and? SQL databases . Experience building and consuming? RESTful APIs ?and integrating third-party APIs. Good understanding of cloud platforms (preferably? AWS ). Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Experience working with? AI/LLM-based services ?(OpenAI, Bedrock, LangChain). Familiarity with real-time systems (WebSockets, LiveKit, Socket.IO). Knowledge of event-driven architecture and streaming services (Kinesis, Kafka). Exposure to mobile app development (Flutter) is a plus. Experience in PropTech platforms or search/filtering-based systems. Soft Skills Strong ownership and accountability mindset. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
