Job Summary:

We are looking for curious and technically strong Full Stack Developers to join our team, focused on solving complex product and engineering challenges. This role suits someone with solid experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, a clear understanding of application architecture, and the ability to build solutions that align closely with business objectives.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with consultants and engineers to deliver solutions that drive business value. You will be responsible for developing responsive user interfaces, building secure and efficient APIs, optimizing databases, and ensuring application performance and reliability. Your contributions will directly influence product strategy, technical direction, and overall platform growth.

Responsibilities:

• System & Architecture Analysis: Understand product requirements and system workflows, identifying key technical drivers that influence scalability, performance, and robustness.

• Application Optimization: Proactively identify architectural gaps, performance bottlenecks, recommending and implementing improvements.

• Requirement Translation: Interpret complex business and user requirements, translating them into well-defined technical specifications.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in technical discussions and discovery sessions with consultants and stakeholders to understand objectives and propose effective technical solutions.

• Feature Design & Implementation: Design and implement end-to-end features across front-end and back-end layers, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and quality standards.

• Front-end & API Development: Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services, ensuring clean integration between client-side and server-side components.

• Code Quality & Mentorship: Enforce clean and well-documented code development while supporting and mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.

• Professional Communication: Clearly and professionally communicate findings, ideas, and progress through structured written documents and engaging verbal presentations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across various regions and time zones, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

• Project and team management: Effectively plan and deliver project deliverables within scope and timeline by mentoring and guiding the project team.

Skills & Attributes Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack development, working across front-end and back-end technologies in production environments.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including application architecture, RESTful APIs, database design, authentication mechanisms, and performance optimization.

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts and architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to analyse system behaviour, debug complex issues, and design scalable, maintainable solutions to address technical challenges.

• Strong interest in understanding product goals and user needs, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical implementations.

• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks

• Front-end - React, Next JS

• Back-end - Node.js, Nest JS, PHP (Laravel), Python and SQL.

• Experience in working with exposure to ETL and data pipelines is beneficial.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD practices is highly desirable.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and driving projects to successful completion.

• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to coding, testing, and documentation to ensure reliability and code quality.

• Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering their development and enhancing team performance.
