Since this is banking-grade software, our core is built on Java + Spring Boot ? a proven stack that?s stable, secure, and easier to maintain long term. You?ll work closely with our AI/ML team to bring intelligence and automation into regulated workflows, while also shaping the backbone of our platform. What You?ll Do Build and maintain secure, scalable web apps using React.js/Next.js Design APIs and microservices with Java (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Cloud) Work with AI/ML engineers to integrate intelligent features into financial workflows Process and serve financial data through reliable, compliant pipelines Craft responsive UIs with clean UX and performance in mind Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver features end-to-end Maintain high code quality, testing standards, and documentation that meets BFSI needs Our Stack ( Mandatory) Our Stack (Lean, Enterprise-Grade) Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript Data: PostgreSQL (primary), Redis (caching), Kafka/RabbitMQ (messaging) Infra: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform Security: Spring Security, OAuth2, OIDC, Vault/Secrets Manager Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, Cypress/Playwright What You?ll Bring 2?6 years of full-stack development experience Strong expertise in Java + Spring Boot (must-have for this role) Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred, with exposure to NoSQL) Experience with distributed, scalable systems and event-driven design Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React.js/Next.js) Exposure to AI/ML-powered products is a plus Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment What You?ll Get Competitive pay and meaningful ESOPs Health insurance and wellness perks Ownership, autonomy, and a chance to shape BFSI-grade systems A smart team building AI solutions that financial institutions can actually trust Work Mode This is a full-time, in-office role (Bangalore, 5 days/week).
