Full Stack Engineer (Java + Angular)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular) to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade applications in the Supply Chain Financing domain. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support invoice discounting, invoice factoring, and working capital solutions for enterprise customers.

While hands-on experience with Java and Angular is important, we place even greater emphasis on strong learning ability, communication skills, and ownership. We are open to mentoring candidates with the right attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work independently while managing assigned tasks and timelines.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in product-based companies (strongly preferred).
• Exposure to FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services domains is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise application development and microservices is advantageous.
• Candidates from companies like ThoughtWorks or similar product engineering organizations are highly valued.
