Role Overview: Full Stack Developer Location: Gurgaon Role type: Full Time We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our on-site development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PHP frameworks, front-end development, microservices, cloud technologies, and database management. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications while contributing to technical decisions and team growth. Roles and Responsibilities:   Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel/Symfony Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React JS. Design and implement microservices, web services, REST APIs, and handle JSON and SOAP. Work with Linux/Unix environments for application deployment and maintenance. Apply advanced knowledge of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming principles. Ensure web application security best practices are followed. Use Git for version control and collaboration with other developers. Estimate, design, and implement development tasks, including writing and editing code, executing database queries, and applying configuration changes. Manage databases using MySQL and MongoDB. Utilize AWS services, EKS, ELK stack, Docker, and Kubernetes for cloud and containerization needs. Take ownership of high-priority tickets, demonstrating problem-solving leadership and decision-making skills. Guide team members in choosing the best methodologies for implementing new features or changes within the platform. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain a high standard of coding quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer/PHP Developer with Web Application Development. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience working in fast-paced, product-based or service-based environments. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and manage complex technical issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
