Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent About the Role We are seeking talented and driven Full Stack Engineers to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular) and hands-on backend development experience using Node.js or Java , along with exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, and database technologies . You will work on building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in a cloud-native environment. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in architecture discussions, and the ability to contribute to both frontend and backend development. Key Responsibilities Application Design & Development Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React or Angular on the frontend. Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services using Node.js or Java . Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components. Cloud & Deployment Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or other major Cloud providers for deployment and infrastructure. Build and manage cloud-native applications leveraging cloud services, storage, compute, and networking. Experience working with OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes for containerization/orchestration. Database & Data Management Design and implement data models, schemas, and queries using SQL and/or NoSQL databases . Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution. Develop secure data access and storage strategies. API Integration & Architecture Design and implement integrations with internal and external API services. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across distributed systems. Participate in architectural discussions to evaluate solutions and tech stack choices. Quality, Testing & DevOps Implement unit, integration, and automation tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Participate in CI/CD pipelines, version control strategies, and deployment workflows. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with designers, product managers, QA, and other engineering teams. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and effort estimates. Provide technical guidance to junior team members as needed. Required Technical Skills Hands-on development experience in React or Angular . Backend development experience in Node.js or Java . Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems . Experience with AWS / Cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures. Experience working with containers (Docker) and orchestration platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes) . Strong database knowledge in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) . Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices . Preferred Skills / Nice to Have Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.). Familiarity with API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO). Knowledge of serverless technologies (Lambda, Cloud Functions). Exposure to performance tuning and code optimization. Knowledge of reactive programming or event-driven architecture. Soft Skills Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude. Team player with ability to mentor or support peers when required. Education Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
