This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies. ?? Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, promoting best practices and code quality Architect, design, and implement scalable applications that meet system and business requirements Oversee the full software development lifecycle: coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews Ensure performance, scalability, and security across systems and services Foster technical growth among junior developers through coaching and code standards Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, product owners, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery ?? Core Technical Skills (Hands-On Expertise Required) Minimum 7+ years of experience building complex, public-facing systems using diverse technologies: Node.js and React.js for backend and frontend development Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging PostgreSQL and MySQL for relational data management Redis for caching and session handling GraphQL and REST APIs for service integration Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud infrastructure and deployment Proficiency in Linux environments Strong grasp of database design and query optimization ??
