We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with 2+ years of experience who thrives in building scalable, end-to-end features and embraces AI-assisted development. You'll own the full lifecycle — from database schema design to final UI components — in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.


✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid experience with Node.js and related frameworks
• Hands-on experience with React.js
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Understanding of design patterns and their practical application
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Flexibility to work across different time zones

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of new features — from database schema design to final UI components
• Improve code quality, performance, and reliability for a scalable production environment
• Decompose business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps with minimal oversight
• Build technical solutions to automate or improve internal business processes and data flows
• Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

➕ Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Nest.js
• Experience building or integrating AI agents or LLM-based features is a strong plus!
• Experience with CRM systems and integration principles
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• 1 year in Python
