Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote Duration: 3–6 Months Stipend: 10K/month

About the Role We are looking for a practical developer intern to assist with the daily execution of software projects. You will be working directly with a senior developer on various web and mobile applications.

The work is varied. One day you may be scripting in Python, the next you may be fixing a frontend issue in JavaScript, or researching how to implement a specific feature using AI agents. The primary goal of this role is consistency and completing tasks. We are not looking for a specialist in one specific framework; we are looking for someone who can read documentation, use available resources, and ship code that works.

Responsibilities :

• Execution: Turn requirements into functional code using JavaScript or Python.
• Resourcefulness: Use AI tools and documentation to solve problems independently before asking for help.
• Deployment: Take projects from a local environment to a live server. You must understand how to put things on the internet.
• Maintenance: Debug and update existing small-scale applications and tools.

Requirements :

• Technical Core: Strong command of either JavaScript or Python.
• Proof of Work: You must share a link to at least one project you have deployed live. (GitHub code alone is not enough; we need to see the working application). This is required after shortlisting.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools or languages as the project demands.
• Location: Although its mostly remote but being near to Delhi region has advantage of - in person meeting.

What to Expect :

• Work Environment: Mostly online/remote.
• Mentorship: You will work one-on-one with an experienced developer. The learning curve will be steep, but you will learn how products are built from scratch.
• Culture: This is a quiet, work-focused role. We value reliability and daily consistency over intermittent bursts of brilliance.
