Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is strong in modern web technologies and interested in working on AI-focused products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications end-to-end, working closely with architects, business analysts, and the rest of the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Build clean, reusable, and testable frontend components and backend services
• Work with PostgreSQL to design, query, and optimize relational data models
• Integrate applications with internal and external APIs, including AI and LLM-based services
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks
• Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and contribute to best practices
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and improve performance, security, and reliability
• Work with DevOps and QA teams to support deployments, testing, and production stability

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations
• Experience working in an Agile environment with sprints, tasks, and clear deliverables
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and basic unit or integration tests
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to own features end-to-end

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Backend: Node.js
• Frontend: React (no Angular)
• Framework: Next.js
• Language: TypeScript
• Database: PostgreSQL

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI or LLM-based APIs in real projects
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Basic understanding of AWS or any cloud platform
• Experience with tools like Git, JIRA, and CI or CD pipelines

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial technical and experience screening
• Final selection will be based on a direct in-person interview and coding or system discussion

Location: On-site at Elatre office (Perungudi, Chennai)

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Shift timing: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
