We already work with leading enterprise and mid-market clients, managing tens of crores in monthly creator spends. The Role

As a Full Stack Developer (Backend + AI) at Discovr AI, you’ll work closely with the founding and engineering teams to build AI-native products from the ground up.

This role is backend-heavy, with strong exposure to AI systems and frontend development. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building fast, solving real product complexity, and operating in an early-stage startup environment where ownership is high and execution speed matters.

You’ll work across backend architecture, AI workflows, APIs, infrastructure, and frontend integrations to help ship scalable, production-grade systems.

This is an in-office role in Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Build and scale backend systems powering AI-native workflows and products
• Design and develop APIs, services, integrations, and internal tooling
• Work on AI-driven product experiences, automation flows, and data pipelines
• Collaborate on frontend integrations and product-facing experiences
• Build products and systems from scratch with strong ownership
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and developer workflows
• Work closely with founders, product, and design teams to ship fast
• Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, and product decisions
• Handle ambiguity, move quickly, and iterate rapidly in a startup environment

What do we want

• Strong backend engineering experience with Golang preferred
• If your primary backend stack is Node.js or Java, willingness to pick up Golang immediately is essential
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems, AI workflows, or AI-enabled products
• Frontend development experience with modern frameworks and APIs
• Experience building products/features from scratch
• Prior experience working in an early-stage startup (0 → 1 journey preferred)
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and scalable architecture
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with incomplete information
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and execution mindset
• Mumbai-based or open to immediate relocation

Bonus: Experience working on workflow-heavy SaaS platforms, AI infrastructure, or enterprise products.
