About the role: As a Full Stack Developer at Desible.ai, you will work on building and scaling our AI-driven recruitment and automation platform. You will handle end-to-end development using Node.js, React/Next.js, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, and Puppeteer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving real-world engineering problems, building automations, and working in a fast-paced startup environment. High performers will be considered for senior roles. Key Responsibilities Develop backend services using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Build and manage background jobs using BullMQ and Redis. Implement browser automation and data extraction workflows using Puppeteer. Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. Design and maintain REST APIs and integrate external/internal services. Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS and Azure. Ensure engineering best practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation. Troubleshoot performance issues, production bugs, and platform bottlenecks. Required Skills 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience. Proficiency in Node.js, Express, JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong experience with React, Next.js, and Redux. Worked with MongoDB (schema design + efficient queries). Experience with Redis and BullMQ for queues and background jobs. Practical experience using Puppeteer for automation, scraping, or PDF/screenshot generation. Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API security. Bonus Skills Docker, microservices, serverless. Experience with AI/LLM integrations or vector databases. Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, App Insights). GitHub, portfolio, or sample projects preferred. Ability to work independently with rapid iterations. Hiring Process / Rounds Round 1 ? Application Screening Submit the Google Form with your details, resume, and required information. Round 2 ? Technical Assignment (Proctored Test) Shortlisted candidates will complete a monitored assignment to evaluate Python fundamentals, backend understanding, and problem-solving. Round 3 ? Technical + HR Discussion A technical deep-dive on your assignment and thought process, followed by a short HR round. Exceptional interns may be offered a full-time role.
