Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .Net FullStack Developer || Chennai with 5+ years of experience. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas. Full Stack Development Lead Requirements Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed university; Masters degree is an advantage. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on front-end and back-end development. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Development Lead is preferred. Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks/libraries such as React JS. Back-end expertise in .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Node.js), along with APIs, OAuth, and OpenID. Proficient with tools like Visual Studio Code, Postman, GitHub, AppInsights, etc. Experience working on Microservices-based products is preferred. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best practices. Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira. Demonstrated ability to lead a team of front-end and back-end developers. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, reliable code. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
