The Role: We are seeking a forward-thinking Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be employed with the India engineering team, stationed at Bangalore. Your role will heavily focus on architectural design, writing precise technical prompts, and rigorously reviewing AI-generated code across the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Engineering: Design, build, and maintain seamless user experiences, scalable backend systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Database & API Architecture: Architect and optimize both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, seamlessly connecting them to frontend client applications.
• Advanced Debugging: Troubleshoot complex full-stack systems by combining your core engineering intuition to catch UI inconsistencies, edge cases, and logic gaps.
• End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the complete application lifecycle from requirement analysis to backend deployment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• The Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack environments.
• Technical Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Python or Java on the backend
• Systems Thinking: You understand microservices, state management, and how to design a scalable API from scratch.
• Code Literacy: The ability to read, evaluate, and debug code faster than you write it.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written communication skills and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
