About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable backend systems and intuitive frontend applications. You will work across modern technologies including Golang, Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

This role is ideal for someone who likes hands-on development, solving real engineering problems, and taking ownership beyond just task execution.

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Golang and/or Node.js
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js
• Design and integrate REST APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL as the primary database and MongoDB for selected use cases
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently
• Collaborate with DevOps and product teams for deployments and feature releases
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code

Required Skills

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Golang or Node.js (experience with both is a plus)
• Experience building REST APIs
• Understanding of concurrency concepts, especially in Go

Frontend

• Hands-on experience with React.js
• Familiarity with hooks, state management, and API integration
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Database

• Strong fundamentals of PostgreSQL (queries, joins, indexing basics)
• Understanding of schema design
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB (CRUD operations, collections, indexing awareness)

General

• Git and version control
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of system design concepts
