We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications that power Altre's AI-enabled commercial real estate platform. You will work across the entire technology stack, from intuitive frontend experiences to robust backend services, while collaborating closely with product, design, and business teams.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building production-grade applications, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Develop reusable, responsive UI components using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and Tailwind CSS
• Implement state management using Redux
• Build applications using Next.js App Router and API Routes
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Integrate frontend applications with internal and third-party APIs
• Design scalable application architecture and business logic
• Ensure application security, reliability, and maintainability

• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance
• Implement indexing and query optimization best practices
• Improve application scalability through caching and performance optimization

• Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel
• Manage source code using Git and GitHub
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Debug and resolve development and production issues
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Good understanding of Redux and frontend state management
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web development
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, database design, and query optimization
• Experience with Next.js App Router and API Routes
• Understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, and ISR rendering strategies
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows
• Experience deploying applications on Vercel
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization
• Understanding of SEO and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with caching and application performance optimization
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Exposure to AI-powered products, SaaS platforms, or data-intensive applications
