Job Description

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development to work on an AI-powered platform. We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our core team in Pune. You will be instrumental in building and scaling an AI-powered platform that demands high-performance real-time interactions and robust architectural foundations. This isn't just about CRUD apps; you'll be working with event-driven systems (SSE), complex canvas UIs, and high-velocity data.

Key Skills

Backend : Node.js, TypeScript, Hono, Better Auth, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, SSE
Frontend : SvelteKit, Svelte, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS
Testing : Vitest, Playwright

Nice to have : Workflow/canvas UI experience, CodeMirror, AI/agent platform exposure

Added value : Experience with SRE/DevOps/monitoring

What You'll Do

Architect & Build : Design and maintain scalable, type-safe APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Hono.
Craft UX : Develop high-performance, responsive frontend features using SvelteKit and Tailwind CSS.
Data Modeling : Manage complex relational data with PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM, ensuring performance and integrity.
Real-Time Systems : Implement streaming and event-based architectures using Server-Sent Events (SSE) for a seamless AI interaction experience.
Security & Identity : Integrate and manage modern authentication flows using Better Auth.
Quality Assurance : Write rigorous unit and end-to-end tests using Vitest and Playwright to ensure a "zero-regression" culture.
Collaborate : Partner with product and design teams to take features from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready deployment.

The Ideal Profile

Experience : 4- 5+ years of professional full-stack experience, ideally in a fast-paced product or startup environment.
TypeScript Mastery : You don't just use TypeScript; you understand its advanced patterns and lean into type safety across the entire stack.
Product Thinker : You care about the why behind a feature, not just the code. You have a "product-first" mindset.
Problem Solver : You are comfortable navigating the complexities of AI-agent workflows and real-time data streaming.

Bonus Points For

Experience with Workflow/Canvas UIs (e.g., React Flow, Svelte Flow) or building node-based editors.
Familiarity with CodeMirror or other web-based code editors.
Exposure to AI/Agentic platforms and LLM integration.
SRE/DevOps mindset : Experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
