Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. Must have skills : Enterprise Network Operations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: The Full Stack Hybrid Network Engineer designs, deploys and manages complex hybrid network infrastructures. The engineer works across various Networking platforms consisting of multi-vendor and multi-cloud environments to deliver intelligent solutions and efficient operations leveraging Site Reliability Engineering, Automation, AI-based observability tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, Build and Manage scalable, secure and highly available SDWAN network infrastructure on vendor platform such as Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma, Fortinet, Velo Cloud, Versa, HPe Silverpeak etc. Design, Build and Manage scalable, secure and highly available LAN/WLAN network infrastructure on vendor platforms such as Cisco Wireless, Aruba, Juniper MIST etc. Implement and manage networking solutions for cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including cloud-native network controls and third-party integrations. Monitor, Troubleshoot and Optimize network infrastructure with AI-aided tools and Automation. Drive new solutions, design architecture & standards for networking infrastructure operations leveraging Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration with full-stack components. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Templates and central orchestration tools such as Catalyst Center, Aruba Central, Prisma, Forti-Manager. Automate deployments with provisioning tools to achieve Zero/Low touch provisioning. Ensure compliance with Networking best practices and organizational policies. Continuously evaluate and implement new Networking technologies and tools to improve efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, end client and stakeholders. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in core routing and switching network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper etc). Strong proficiency in SD-WAN and LAN/WLAN technologies. (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto etc) Hands-on experience Cloud networking platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP). Experience in SD Access and Authentication services, including Network Access Control (Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass). Strong understanding in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Framework. Strong understanding in Python, Ansible or similar Automation scripting tools. Proficiency in AI-aided observability and network management tools. Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestration platforms for network infrastructure. Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud networking best practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents and infrastructure issues. Strong understanding Data Center networking platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of Firewalls, VPN, and DDI platforms.
