Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. Must have skills : IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Good to have skills : Capital Markets Research, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Cognos Development Skills Must Haves: Cognos, Cognos Framework Manager SQL Report Studio, Dashboards Event Studio, Datasets, Stories Good To Have(s): Power BI Knowledge of AWS Job Responsibilities: The Data Analytics Developer collaborates with Business Analysts, Developers, and end users to understand functional and technical data requirements to develop reports, manage reporting frameworks, and administer the environments based on requirements. Knowledge of capital markets industry domain. Create complex reports - with prompts, filters, grouping, sorting, and drill through functionalities ? that assist Portfolio Managers, Traders, Industry Analysts, and Senior Leadership with their decision making. Develop and maintain Cognos reports and interactive dashboards, maintaining data accuracy in them for a meaningful end user experience. Development in a variety of Cognos Studios (Report Studio, Dashboards, Event Studio, Datasets, Stories, etc.) Tune and optimize report and dashboard performance by coordinating with System Admin and DBA. Having proficiency with SQL and/or Snowflake. Integrate with enterprise data sources including SQL Server, Snowflake, SaaS Platforms(Anaplan), REST APIs etc. Cognos Framework Manager and Data Module modeling and development. Develop standards, procedures, and best practices for Cognos usage while staying abreast of new product offerings.
