Full stack Engineer (Lead)

The Role

This is not a feature delivery role. As our first Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will architect and own the core platform — working directly with founders to make decisions that define how the product is built for years to come.

You will be responsible for:

• Intelligence ingestion pipelines and AI-driven insight engines
• Transactional B2B workflows — RFQs, orders, contracts, and external API integrations
• Scalable, multi-tenant backend infrastructure
• High-performance frontend interfaces
• Event-driven and async workflow systems
• CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production readiness
• Hiring and mentoring early engineers as the team grows

What We're Looking For

6–10 years of full-stack engineering experience, with a strong bias toward backend architecture. You have built systems that handle real transactions, real data volumes, and real consequences — not just CRUD apps.

You should have hands-on experience with:

• Backend services in Python, JAVA, Go, or Node.js
• Modern frontend development with React / Next.js
• AI integration — LLMs, embeddings, RAG workflows, and automation pipelines
• Cloud-native design on AWS or GCP
• Database schema design for high-volume, relational B2B data
• Secure, auditable transactional system design

The pattern we are looking for: systems thinking, transaction complexity, and a bias for building things that scale.
