About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who can contribute to full-cycle development while also guiding a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for creating effective and reliable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve project goals Collaborate with designers, product owners, and project managers Maintain clean, scalable, and secure code Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and sprint reviews Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong portfolio showcasing previous work or projects Proficiency with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript React, Angular, or Vue Proficiency with backend technologies: Node.js, Express, Django, Laravel, or similar Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Ability to guide and coordinate a development team Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD) Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments What Zenotalent Offers Competitive salary package Opportunities for leadership growth Supportive and collaborative work culture Exposure to diverse and impactful client projects
