About The Job We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic, agile (scrum) team in creating and growing an industry leading application suite. If you have experience in developing scalable, high-quality software, and you like working in a highly collaborative agile development environment, you'll fit in well with our team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. Key Responsibilities Turn user stories, feature requests and defect reports into quality software changes for our customers. Develop software solutions by conferring with product owners, understanding system behaviour, and proposing solutions while following the software development lifecycle. Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack. Ensure the responsiveness, scalability, and performance of applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot complex software issues, and deliver practical, efficient, and quality technical solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction, reviewing their code, and helping them grow their skills. Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages. Evaluate and make recommendations as necessary. Work with a team to develop software solutions using Scrum methodology in two-week sprints. Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management. Technology Skills Required Extensive experience in design, development and testing of web-based enterprise systems using .NET technologies. Knowledge in architecting solutions and leading technical discussions. Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Object-oriented design and design patterns Microsoft .Net Framework and C# (Async/Await, LINQ, Generics etc.) Web API Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular). Experience with databases (MS SQL Server) Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Experience with Azure Cloud technologies and SaaS product development. Nice To Haves Experience with Windows Forms, WPF, MAUI, and Blazor. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A desire to solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
