Role: Full Stack Developer with AIML Experience: 2 to 4 Years Current & Preference location: Hyderabad only Job Description: Full-Stack Developer - G2C AI Platform. About the Role: We are building a WhatsApp-based AI platform, relying on the Meta Cloud API (formerly WhatsApp Business API), that transforms how citizens access government services across India. We're looking for a motivated full-stack developer to own the end-to-end development of conversational workflows, API integrations, and AI-powered features for our G2C (Government-to-Citizen) platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with government stakeholders, build products used by millions of citizens, and be part of a founding team building India's digital public infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: ? Design and develop conversational workflows for government services, including end-to-end integration with the Meta Cloud API. ? Integrate with state and central government APIs for service delivery, authentication, and data exchange ? Implement AI/ML capabilities, including OCR (document processing), NLP (natural language understanding), and Conversational AI features. ? Build scalable backend systems to handle high-volume citizen transactions ? Collaborate with government teams for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment ? Ensure compliance with government data security and privacy regulations (DPDP Act) ? Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement rapid bug fixes ? Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) Required Skills & Qualifications ? Recommended: Proven experience building and integrating with the Meta Cloud API (WhatsApp Business API). ? 2-4 years of professional software development experience ? Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python for backend development ? Experience with REST API development and integration ? Working knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) ? Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control ? Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) ? Experience with messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, or similar chatbot frameworks) Good to Have: ? Experience with conversational AI frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar) ? Knowledge of OCR tools (Google Vision API, Tesseract, AWS Textract) ? Understanding of government/public sector technology landscape ? Frontend skills (React.js) for building admin dashboards ? Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms Soft Skills: ? Self-starter with ability to work independently ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity ? Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technical and non technical stakeholders ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
