We are seeking a highly motivated and accountable Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, and SQL databases. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable applications, solving complex problems, and taking complete ownership of projects—from design and development to deployment.

This role requires someone who can work independently on feature delivery while also supporting and mentoring junior team members through collaboration and technical guidance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS for backend services.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and development best practices.
Solve complex programming challenges, particularly involving data structures such as strings, arrays, and objects.
Independently manage feature development from requirement analysis through production deployment.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using a microservices-oriented architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers by reviewing code and promoting best practices.
Write optimized SQL queries, ensuring efficient database design and performance.
Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and project deliverables.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning activities.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working with ReactJS and NodeJS.
Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in working with strings, arrays, and objects.
Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design concepts.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced development environment.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and implementation.
Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills with a self-driven and proactive mindset.
