Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Own core product features from requirement discussion to deployment and post-release improvements
• Integrate AI/ML-driven functionalities into existing and new product features (via APIs, services, or SDKs)
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to understand model outputs and translate them into usable product experiences
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure smooth frontend–backend integration
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to ship high-quality features on time

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Good understanding of backend architecture, databases, and system design basics
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (such as model inference, APIs, embeddings, or data pipelines)
• Experience integrating third-party services or AI tools into applications
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience working with AI/ML models or platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch integrations, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
• Prior experience in a product-based or fast-growing startup environment
