Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer for an early-stage AI + Education startup building product-first technology solutions.

This role is ideal for builders who enjoy shipping fast, solving problems, and working directly with founders in a high-ownership startup environment.

The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, highly adaptable, and comfortable handling broad product responsibilities across frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications
• Develop product features with speed and ownership
• Work closely with founders on product execution and iteration
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Collaborate on architecture, workflows, and feature improvements
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
• Participate in rapid experimentation and product iterations

Core Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in React.js / Next.js
• Backend exposure in Node.js or Python
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and deployment basics
• Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
• Comfortable working independently in startup environments
• Strong ownership and execution capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal projects, GitHub contributions, or hackathon participation
• Experience building end-to-end applications
• Startup internship experience preferred
• AI product or automation exposure is a plus
