Full Stack Developer

Overall Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and high-quality deliverables Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript frameworks Experience with version control tools like Git Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience: Minimum of 4?8 years in software development with a focus on full stack technologies Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub/GitLab Prior experience in client-facing roles or product development is a plus Day-to-Day Activities: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams Write clean, efficient, and reusable code Perform unit and integration testing Review peer code and provide constructive feedback Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Qualification: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player with a proactive attitude Analytical mindset with attention to detail Adaptability to new technologies and changing requirements Effective time management and prioritization skills S YNECHRON?S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
